Fatal Shooting at 4536 Maggie

October 1, 2010 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 4536 Maggie about 2:50 p.m. on Thursday (Sept. 30).

The victim suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W. Elsbury and Officer B. Oxspring reported:

Patrol officers responded to a reported shooting at the above address and discovered the body of the victim.
