Investigation into Shooting at 5400 Bennington May 3, 2010 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 5400 Bennington about 10:30 p.m. on Friday (Apr. 30). The victim, Robert Butler Sr., 57, address unknown, suffered a gunshot wound to the face and was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he remains in critical condition. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C. Howard and Officer E. Castaneda reported: Mr. Butler was parking a tractor-trailer when he was approached by two unknown black males and then shot in the face.
