Investigation into Shooting at 12310 Old Oaks March 18, 2010 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 12310 Old Oaks about 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday (March 17). The male victim suffered a gunshot wound and was transported to an area hospital in critical condition. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W.L. Meeler and Senior Police Officer J. Selvera reported: The victim was found in his backyard with a gunshot wound by two people who had arrived to clean the swimming pool. The individuals called 911 and officers arrived and found the victim had been shot. The back door of the residence had been broken into and valuables inside the home were out of place.
