Fatal Stabbing at 10910 Gulf Freeway March 8, 2010 - Houston police are investigating the fatal stabbing of a man at 10910 Gulf Freeway about 1:20 a.m. today (March 8). The victim, Julio Espitia, 35, of the above address, suffered lacerations and stab wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Countryman and Officer M. Stahlin reported: Mr. Espitia was in the parking lot of his apartment complex when he got into an argument with an unknown male suspect. At some point during the argument, Espitia was cut and stabbed several times. The suspect is described only as a black male.
