Investigation into Death at 2131 Oak Cloister Way June 21, 2010 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a female found at 2131 Oak Cloister Way about 7:30 a.m. on Sunday (June 20). Patricia Marie Smith, 71, of the above address, was pronounced dead at the scene. Her cause of death is pending an autopsy by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. Blain and Officer J. Robles reported: Ms. Smith was found by her son, who came to her residence to check on her. When he arrived, he found her deceased and the residence partially burned. The investigation is pending autopsy results. JKS/JFC 6-21-10
