Fatal Traffic Accident at 14600 Richmond June 1, 2010 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at 14600 Richmond about 2:35 a.m. on Monday (May 31). The female victim, 24, was pronounced dead at the scene. Her identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant D. Couch and Officer E. Morgado reported: The victim was driving a black Mitsubishi Lancer eastbound on Richmond when she lost control of the vehicle, veered off the road onto a grassy median and struck a tree.
