Investigation Into Remains Found at 4400 Woodway

July 12, 2010 - Houston police are investigating the discovery of human remains at 4400 Woodway about 5:20 p.m. on Sunday (July 11).

The remains are believed to be of an adult male. The identity and cause of death is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant P. Muñoz and Officer B. Oxspring reported:

Passing joggers found an adult human skeleton in the woods of Memorial Park. The investigation is pending the cause of death to be determined by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
