Fatal Shooting at 1926 Spillers Lane January 14, 2010 - Houston police are investigating the deaths of a man and a woman found at 1926 Spillers Lane about 6:25 p.m. on Wednesday (Jan. 13). The male victim, age unknown, suffered an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. The female victim, age unknown, was also pronounced dead at the scene. The identities of both victims and the female’s cause of death are pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. McStravick and Officer T. Andrade reported: Patrol officers responded to a check-on-welfare call at 1926 Spillers Lane and found both victims inside the residence, deceased.
