Investigation into Victim Found Deceased at 6300 Greens Road

January 11, 2010 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a person found at 6300 Greens Road about 11:35 a.m. on Friday (Jan. 8).

The identity of the deceased victim is pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner's Office.

HPD Homicide Division Sergent J.C. Padilla and Senior Police Officer R.A. Swainson reported:

Searchers with Texas EquuSearch discovered the remains of a body inside a storage locker dumped in a field in the 6300 block of Greens Road.

Investigators will await an autopsy to determine the victim's identity and cause of death. Anyone with information is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
