Investigation Into Female Found Deceased at 3400 North Freeway February 10, 2010 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a female found at 3400 North Freeway (Interstate Highway 45 North) about 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday (Feb. 9). The identity of the victim and her cause of death are pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant N.T Ruland and Senior Police Officer B.W. Nabors reported: While trimming grass in the area of 3400 North Freeway northbound, Texas Department of Transportation landscaping crews discovered what appeared to be a dead body. The supervisor called police who arrived and discovered the body of a female in an advanced state of decomposition.
