Fatal Traffic Accident at 3200 Holly Hall February 9, 2010 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at 3200 Holly Hall about 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday, January 12. The victim, Richard French, 62, of Humble, was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead on Monday (Feb. 8). HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant J. P. Miller and Southwest Patrol Division Officer R. Nino reported: Mr. French was driving a white Dodge Caravan eastbound on Holly Hall when he crossed into the westbound lanes and struck a white International truck head-on. The victim spoke to officers at the scene before being transported to the hospital for possible injuries. French remained hospitalized until being pronounced dead yesterday (Feb. 8).
