Fatal Traffic Accident at 1300 Judiway February 1, 2010 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in the 1300 block of Judiway about 5:30 a.m. today. The male victim, age unknown, was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office. HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant J. Calley and Officer G. Weinschreider reported: The victim was driving a black Chevrolet Monte Carlo eastbound on Judiway and failed to stay in his lane. The Monte Carlo left the roadway, drove into a ditch and then went airborne. The vehicle then struck a telephone pole in a private driveway and the victim was ejected from the vehicle.
