Investigation Into Female's Death at 200 Goodson
December 6, 2010 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a woman found at 200 Goodson about 4:30 p.m. on Sunday (Dec. 5).
The identity and cause of death of the woman are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant B. Williams and Officer M. Khan reported:
Passers-by saw the deceased female lying in the grass near the bayou behind the residential area at 200 Goodson. The female was partially clothed and had suffered apparent trauma to her face and head. The woman, who had no identification on her, is either white or Hispanic, in her 30s or 40s, and is short with a slight build and reddish hair.She had been wearing a white T-shirt with floral print and faded, torn blue jeans.
