Fatal Traffic Accident at 1250 West Sam Houston Parkway April 15, 2010 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at 1250 West Sam Houston Parkway about 8:45 a.m. today. The male victim, 62, was transported to Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital where he was pronounced dead. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office. HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant J. Chambers and Officer L. Segura reported: The victim was attempting to park a silver Toyota Sienna minivan on the second floor of a parking garage when he drove through the cable barricade. The vehicle fell about 20 feet before landing on its roof. No other persons or vehicles were involved in this accident.
