Man Found Fatally Shot at 14000 Mary Kay Lane

September 14, 2009 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 14000 Mary Kay Lane about 6:45 a.m. on Sunday (Sept. 13).

The victim, Perry Joshua Barefield, 52, of Houston, suffered a gunshot wound to the torso and was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Dillingham and Senior Police Officer J. Bonaby reported:

The body of the victim, Mr. Barefield, was discovered inside his vehicle.

At this time, there are no known witnesses or suspects in this case.
