Investigation Into Shooting at 9301 Bissonett

October 13 , 2009 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a male at 9301 Bissonett about 2:40 a.m. today.

The male victim, 21, suffered a gunshot wound and was transported to Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital in critical condition. His identity is pending notification to family members.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W.J. Anthony and Senior Police Officer C.T. Hufstedler reported:

Security personnel were patrolling the parking lot at 9301 Bissonett when they became involved in an argument with the unidentified male victim. During the altercation, gunshots were exchanged between the two groups and the victim suffered a gunshot wound.
