Two Arrested, Two Sought in Fatal Stabbing at 8810 Jensen

Houston police homicide investigators are asking for the public's assistance in locating two suspects wanted in the fatal stabbing of a man at 8810 Jensen about 3:10 a.m. on Monday (Oct. 5).
Alfonso Montalvo (H/m, DOB: 1-19-80) and his brother, Richard Montalvo (H/m, DOB: 10-24-90), are charged with murder in the 228th State District Court and are believed to have fled to Mexico. Photos of the Montalvos are attached to this news release.
Two other suspects, Guillermo Castro Montalvo (H/m, DOB: 5-2-89) and Erick Antonio Dono (H/m, DOB: 6-14-89), are in custody and also charged with murder. The four males are accused in the killing of Melvin Paz Sanchez, 23, of Houston, who suffered stab wounds to his torso and was pronounced dead at Ben Taub General Hospital.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant A. Carrillo and Senior Police Officer H. Chavez reported:
Mr. Sanchez was at a bar at 8810 Jensen when he was assaulted by four persons, described only as Hispanic males. During the assault, Sanchez was stabbed several times. A second person inside the bar was also stabbed and robbed. That male victim, 24, was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital and is expected to recover from his injuries.
