Woman Found Deceased at 9000 Knight is Identified March 11, 2009 - Houston police have learned the identity of a woman found dead at 9000 Knight about 3 a.m. on Tuesday (Mar. 10). The Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office used dental records to formally identify the female as Susana De Jesus, 37, of Houston. Her official cause of death is still pending, but investigators said she had suffered at least one gunshot wound. HPD Homicide Division Sergeants B.C. Williams and J. Brooks, Senior Police Officer M. Waters and Officers K. Lopez and R. Figueroa reported: Homicide investigators were called to the 9000 block of Knight regarding a body found inside a trailer parked in a field behind a business park. The body was in advanced stages of decomposition. Investigators learned the woman’s identity today (Mar. 11) and stated it appears Ms. De Jesus had been shot at the 9000 Knight location the night she was carjacked and kidnapped from a business parking lot in Pearland on February 2. The motive for the kidnapping and shooting appears to be robbery for her vehicle and her ATM card. Charges of capital murder are being pursued against one suspect in custody, Nicholas-Michael Edwin Jean, 21, of Pearland, whose already charged in De Jesus’ abduction. It is believed at least one other suspect was involved and is possibly driving in a black Ford F-150 extended cab with three blue decals on the rear window. Investigators urge anyone with information on that suspect or vehicle to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS. Update JFC/SRJ
