Charges Filed in Fatal Shooting at 4810 Macridge June 24, 2009 - Charges have been filed in the fatal shooting of a man at 4810 Macridge about 9:40 a.m. on Wednesday. The suspect, LittleJames Ray Lindsey Jr. (b/m, DOB: 9-24-79), is charged with murder in the 339th State District Court. He is accused in the shooting of his brother, Jermaine Joseph Lindsey, 27, of Houston, who suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J.C. Padilla and Senior Police Officer R.A. Swainson reported: About 9:40 a.m. the suspect, LittleJames Ray Lindsey Jr., contacted police and stated that he had shot his brother, Jermaine Joseph Lindsey. Patrol officers responded to the call at 4810 Macridge and located the suspect who stated he had not meant to shoot his brother, they had been arguing over a missing wallet with money. JKS/JC
