Charges Filed in Fatal Stabbing at 11415 Bellaire July 31, 2009 - Charges have been filed against a suspect wanted in the fatal stabbing of a man at 11415 Bellaire about 1:35 a.m. Wednesday (July 29). The suspect, Dung Quoc Nguyen (A/m, DOB: 12-31-73) is charged with murder in the 178th State District Court and remains at large. A photo of Nguyen is attached to this news release. The victim, Ngan Van Dang, of Houston, suffered multiple stab wounds and was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital Southwest where he was pronounced dead. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Dillingham and Senior Police Officer J. Bonaby reported: Mr. Dang and several other witnesses were inside a restaurant at 11415 Bellaire having a few drinks. At some point, Dang and Nguyen got into an argument over money. Nguyen then told the Dang to come outside and then stabbed him. Nguyen fled the scene immediately after the stabbing.
