Man Found Fatally Shot at 12000 Webercrest

February 10, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 12000 Webercrest about 8:15 p.m. on Monday (Feb. 9).

The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W.M. Bush and Officer C.D. Sturdivant reported:

Officers responded to a person down call after citizens reported finding the victim bleeding and lying in the street.  Paramedics were called and pronounced the man deceased from a gunshot wound.

At this time, there are no known witnesses or suspects in the shooting incident.
