Investigation Into Fatal Shooting at 900 Randolph December 2, 2009 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 900 Randolph Street about 12:30 a.m. today. The male victim, 40, suffered gunshot wounds to the chest and neck and was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W.L. Meeler and Senior Police Officer B.D. Evans reported: Patrol officers responded to a report of a shooting and found the victim had been shot on the back porch of the above address.
