Investigation Into Fatal Shooting at 9755 Court Glen Drive

August 19, 2009 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 9755 Court Glenn Drive about 4:10 a.m. today (Aug. 19).

The male victim suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Medical Examiner�s Office.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Padilla, Senior Police Officers B. Evans and R. Swainson and Officers K. Lopez and R. Figueroa reported:

Patrol officers responded to a shooting in progress and found HFD paramedics treating the victim. Witnesses stated he had been shot during a robbery.

The suspects are described only as two black males with hooded sweatshirts and their faces covered with a black cloth.
