Man Found Deceased at 8214 Misty Vale

April 27, 2009 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man found at 8214 Misty Vale about 10:00 a.m. on Sunday (April 26).

John R. Jenkins, 31, of Pearland, was found deceased at the residence.  The Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office will conduct an autopsy to determine his cause of death.

HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officers R. Moreno and R. Chappell reported:

 Patrol officers responded to a call of a person down at 8214 Misty Vale and found a dead male in the garage of the residence. The male was staying at the location with the permission of the homeowner. The male was found pinned under a work out bench and weight set.  After speaking to witnesses and noting the condition of the body, preliminary information is that foul play is not suspected.
