Fatal Auto-Pedestrian Accident at 8600 Bissonnet October 6, 2008 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in the 8600 block of Bissonnet about 10:05 p.m. on Friday (Oct. 3). The victim, Creshenda Watley, 20, of Houston, was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where she was pronounced dead. HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant D. Morgan and Officer A. Alaniz reported: A maroon Toyota Corolla was traveling westbound in the 8600 block of Bissonnet when Ms. Watley ran out in front of the vehicle and was struck.
