Fatal Hit-and-Run Accident at 4600 North Shepherd November 12, 2008 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in the 4600 block of North Shepherd about 8:05 p.m. on Tuesday (Nov. 11). The victim, Rodney Hall, a pedestrian, was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant S. R. Sorge and Officer J. P. Walsh reported: Mr. Hall was walking east and attempted to cross North Shepherd from the median when he was struck by a vehicle, which did not stop and continued northbound on Shepherd. The vehicle is described as a small gray pickup truck, possibly a Toyota. Anyone with information on this incident is urged to call the HPD Hit and Run Division at 713-247-4065. VHS/GO |
