Fatal Shooting at 16803 Imperial Valley Drive November 10, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 16803 Imperial Valley Drive about 6:30 a.m. on Saturday (November 8). The victim, Nicholas C. Roberts, 38, of Houston, suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant B.E. Roberts and Officer R.A. Moreno reported: Mr. Roberts was found shot to death inside his vehicle in the parking lot of his apartment complex. There is no known motive at this time.
