Deceased Woman Found in Vacant Lot at 7510 Tremont

May 22, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the death of a woman found at 7510 Tremont about 2:05 p.m. on Wednesday (May 21).

The victim’s identity and cause of death are pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant D.A. Ferguson and Senior Police Officer S. Tyler reported:

A worker was in the process of clearing out a vacant lot of trees and brush with a bulldozer when he discovered the victim’s nude body lying face down. Investigators were unable to determine if she had any wounds to her body due to the advanced stage of decomposition.
