Fatal Shooting at 4151 Sue Ellen June 23, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of one female and the wounding of another female at 4151 Sue Ellen about 5:30 a.m. on Saturday (June 21). The deceased victim, Francelia Crystal Sosa, 13, suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. A second juvenile victim, 16, suffered a gunshot wound and was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where doctors said she is expected to survive her injuries. HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officers C. L. Scales and T.S. Tyler reported: Several unknown suspects fired several shots at the residence at 4151 Sue Ellen. The two female victims were shot as they slept in their beds. Investigators were told the home has been the target of past shooting incidents.
