Fatal Shooting at 3615 Old Spanish Trail February 11, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 3615 Old Spanish Trail about 1:40 a.m. on Saturday (February 9). The victim, in his late twenties, suffered multiple gunshot wounds to his upper chest and was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s office. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C.T. Mosqueda and Officer L. Benavidez reported: The motel manager found the victim after several shots were heard in the complex. The suspect is described as a light skinned black male, 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing between 160 to 170 pounds. He has a fade hair cut and was wearing blue jeans, a black tee shirt and a blue jacket.
