Fatal Double Shooting at 7528 Sandra December 08, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of two females at 7529 Sandra about 10:30 p.m. on Saturday (Dec. 6). One female victim, in her 50s, suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. A second female, a juvenile, also suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. The identities of both victims are pending notification to family members by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C. E. Elliot and Senior Police Officer A. Mares reported: At about 2 a.m. on Sunday (Dec. 7), HFD personnel responded to a 9-1-1 call at 7528 Sandra and found both victims deceased inside the residence. Patrol officers were then contacted and arrived at the scene. Neighbors reported hearing gunshots in the area about 10:30 p.m. the night before. It is believed unknown suspects forced their way into the residence and fired several shots.
