Body Found at 10900 Roarke Road August 25, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the death of a man found in the 10900 block of Roarke Road about 8:25 a.m. today. The victim, who suffered wounds of an unknown type, was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity and cause of death is pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant A. Carrillo and Senior Police Officer H. A. Chavez reported: Employees of the business at 10900 Roarke Road found the victim deceased in a vacant field. A white van believed to belong to the victim was found damaged and abandoned in the parking lot of the business. There are no known witnesses or suspects at this time.
