Fatal Shooting at 7525 Hillcroft August 18, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 7525 Hillcroft about 9:50 p.m. on Saturday (August 16). The victim, 20 to 25 years of age, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. A. Odom and Officer J. L. Coffelt reported: The victim was shot several times in the driveway of the White House Apartments on 7525 Hillcroft. The motive for the shooting is unknown at this time. The suspect is described only as a Hispanic male.
