Fatal Shooting at 8801 South Braeswood

April 28, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 8801 South Braeswood about 10 p.m. on Friday (April 25).

The male victim, 20 to 24 years of age, suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant A. Semmelrock and Officer J. Rodriguez reported:

The victim was standing outside building 1700 at the Braes Court Apartments when he was shot.

There is no known motive or suspect in this case.
