Composite Sketch Released in Assault at 5200 Berry Creek April 25, 2008 - Houston police have released a composite sketch of a suspect wanted in an assault on a juvenile female in the 5200 block of Berry Creek about 3:45 p.m. on April 18. The victim, a 10-year-old girl, received a laceration to her right leg caused by a pocketknife used by the suspect. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his mid 30s, about 5 feet 11 inches tall and 180 pounds. He has a thin build, curly hair, a thin mustache and brown eyes. At the time of the assault, he was wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans. The female victim said the suspect had a foul odor. A composite sketch of the suspect is attached to this news release. The female victim was walking alone in front of a residence in the 5200 block of Berry Creek, on her way to a family member’s house. She was approached from behind by the suspect, who said something to her in Spanish, cut her right leg and then fled on foot.
