Man Found Dead at 9831 West Bellfort April 17, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the death of a man found at 9831 West Bellfort about 7:55 a.m. today. The victim, 50, suffered a stab wound to his right thigh and severe head trauma. His identity is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J.H. Roberts and Police Officer E. Godwin reported: Investigators learned the victim was involved in an altercation inside his apartment at 11505 Keegans Ridge sometime between 12:15 and 12:45 a.m. when an unknown suspect stabbed him in the thigh. The victim’s body was later found at a nearby construction site at 9831 West Bellfort.
