Fatal Auto-Pedestrian Accident at 4900 Old Spanish Trail April 14, 2008 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in the 4900 block of Old Spanish Trail about 7:30 a.m. today (April 14). The male victim was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he later died. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office. Mobility Incident Management Division Sergeant G. T. Hall and Officer A. Taylor reported: The driver of a maroon Ford Econoline van was traveling south on Martin Luther King Boulevard and turned east onto Old Spanish Trail. The victim was crossing south on Old Spanish Trail and was struck by the van. The investigation is continuing. |
