Woman Found Dead at 8934 North Deer Meadow Drive April 10, 2008 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a woman found fatally shot at 8934 North Deer Meadow Drive just after midnight on Tuesday (April 8). The victim, Tonia Pillar, 44, of Houston, suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J.J. Brooks and Senior Police Officer M.F. Waters reported: Ms. Pillar was found in her residence, which she shared with her husband and children, who were in the home at the time of the incident. At this time, it has not been determined if foul play was involved. The Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office will conduct an autopsy to determine Pillar’s cause of death. |
