Update on Incident at 1100 Bland Street September 24, 2007 - Houston police investigators have learned the identity of a woman found in the 1100 block of Bland Street about The victim has been identified by fingerprints as Willie Bianca Jones, 18, of 12603 Northborough #105. The cause of death is pending an autopsy by the Harris County Medical Examiner's office. HPD Homicide Division Officers D.R. Shorten and S. Straughter reported: The nude body of Ms. Jones was found lying on the side of the road. There were no obvious signs of trauma. At this time the investigation is in the early stages and no evidence has been discovered that directly links this case to the deaths of other women in the area which occurred from January through July of 2006.
