Incident at 3925 Arlington Square #559 November 5, 2007 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 3925 Arlington Square The victim’s identity is pending an autopsy by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s office. He sustained a gunshot wound to the chest and one to the side and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J.D. Shirley and Officer B.D. Evans reported: Witnesses stated that a disturbance involving several Hispanic males took place inside apartment #559. The fight spilled out to the parking lot where two other males were found with gunshot wounds and were transported in critical condition to Ben Taub General Hospital. A fourth victim, a juvenile, was transported to Southeast Memorial Hospital with a stab wound.
