Update on Incident at 10440 Valley Forge November 3, 2007 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 10440 Valley Forge on July 19, 2007. The suspect, Jorge Alberto Ramirez (H/m, DOB: 2/12/87), is charged with capital murder in the 177th State District Court. He is accused in the killing of Torin Farrow, 22, who suffered a gunshot wound to the back of the head. Farrow was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he later died. HPD Homicide Division Sergeants R. Odom, T. Huynh and O. Chandler reported: Mr. Farrow drove into an apartment complex parking lot and was shot once in the back of the head by Ramirez, who was a passenger in his vehicle. The vehicle continued through the parking lot until it struck a fence and came to a stop. A follow up investigation led homicide investigators to identify Ramirez as the suspect in this case.
