Incident at 3202 Chimney Rock

March 21, 2007 -- Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 3202 Chimney Rock on March 21, 2007 at 3 a.m.

The victim, Jimmy Ray Polk, 28, of 6666 Chimney Rock #27, he sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Officers T. Andrade and S. Jefferson reported:

Witnesses reported Mr. Polk had an altercation with some unknown males that were possibly driving a newer model red PT Cruiser.

The suspects are described only as black males. There is no motive for this hooting at this time.
