Incident at 4920 West 34th Street June 25, 2007 - Houston police are investigating the death of a woman found at 4920 West 34th Street about 9 a.m. on Sunday (June 24). The victim’s identity and cause of death are pending an autopsy by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s office. She suffered injuries consistent with being struck by a vehicle. HPD Homicide Division Officers R.A. Swainson and T.W. Miller reported: Officers responded to a call after the owner of a car repair shop at 4920 West 34th Street arrived and found the body of a female lying along the driveway to his shop. It appeared the female may have been struck by a vehicle and left on the side of the road. The victim is described as a black female in her early to mid 20s, medium height and build. She was wearing black shorts with a beige top and had black hair with blond extensions. The victim also had a tattoo reading “SEM” on her lower left ankle. A purse with the word “babyphat” was found nearby.
