Incident at 7991 Bellfort July 31, 2007 - Houston police are investigating an incident in which a man was found critically injured at 7991 Bellfort about 3:30 a.m. today (July 31). The identity of the victim is unknown at this time. He suffered serious head injuries and was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital. He is only described as being white and 40 to 45 years old. HPD Homicide Division Sergeants J.R. McGalin and B. Roberts reported: Paramedics were notified of a man with serious head injuries and initially transported the victim to Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital. When his condition worsened, he was taken to Ben Taub General Hospital where doctors say it is unknown if he will survive his injuries following surgery. At this time, it is also unknown if the man was assaulted or injured in some other manner.
