Incident at 2400 Green Valley

April 26, 2007 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the sexual assault of a woman at 2400 Green Valley about 5 p.m. on April 23, 2007.

The suspect, Johnny G. Villalobos (w/m, DOB: 6-1-41), is arrested and charged with three counts of sexual assault in the 339th State District Court.

HPD Homicide Division Officers P. Moreno and J. De Los Santos reported:

An HPD officer on patrol, spotted a suspicious vehicle parked in the driveway of an abandoned house and observed Villalobos inside the vehicle, engaging in a sexual activity with a 29-year-old female. Further investigation revealed the female was mentally challenged and that Villalobos is her Special Olympics coach.

Villalobos was interviewed by police and acknowledged that he has had numerous sexual encounters with the victim. He is employed by the Aldine Independent School District as a teacher’s aide and Special Olympics coach.

HPD Sex Crimes Unit investigators are unaware of any other individuals who may have been victimized by suspect Villalobos.
