Incident at 5101 Yale

April 25, 2007 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting and stabbing of a man at 5101 Yale about 4:40 p.m. on Tuesday (Apr. 24).

The victim suffered multiple gunshot and stab wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants A. Semmelrock and M. Walker reported:

The victim had an argument with the two suspects in the parking lot of a small strip center and was shot and stabbed by the suspects. Before leaving the scene, one of the suspects shot the victim again.

The suspects are described only as two black males.
