Incident at 10300 Shady Lane #1905

April 2, 2007 -- Houston police are investigating the death of a baby at 10300 Shady Lane #1905 about 8:30 a.m. today (April 2).

The victim, Ariyonia Lovings, 7 months, was transported to Lyndon B. Johnson General Hospital where she was pronounced dead. An autopsy by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s office will determine the cause of death.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant E. Gonzalez and Officer R.W. Chappell reported:

Baby Ariyonia’s mother awoke and found Ariyonia unresponsive. There were no signs of trauma and investigators are awaiting autopsy results.
