Incident at 901 Bagby

September 13, 2006 -- Houston police arrested a man who disrupted a City Council session at 901 Bagby, City Hall, about 9:35 a.m. today (September 13.)

The suspect, Robert N. Horton (b/m, DOB 8-22-61), was arrested and charged with disrupting a public meeting (class c misdemeanor) and transported to the HPD Southeast Police Station Jail for processing.

Suspect Horton was in the City Hall chambers when he removed a raw egg from a bag he was carrying. Suspect Horton then threw the egg over councilmembers' heads, striking the wall behind them. Officers immediately took suspect Horton into custody without further incident.
