Suspect Identified, Wanted in Sexual Assault
September 8, 2006 -- Houston
police are seeking the public's assistance in locating a suspect
charged in the sexual assault of a child on September 17, 2005
at 913½ Bennington.
The suspect, identified as Mario
Casarez (H/m, DOB: 2-1-76), is charged with aggavated sexual
assault of a child in the 351st State District Court. He was identified
through his distinctive tattoo on his chest, which is the word
"ISIAH" across the entire upper portion of his torso.

HPD Juvenile Division Officer J.T. Roscoe of
the Sex Crimes Unit reported:
The 16-year-old victim was enticed by the suspect
into a residence where Casarez dragged her into a room and repeatedly
punched her face and body. Casarez strangled her and repeatedly
sexually assaulted the girl. The victim escaped by jumping out
of a bedroom window.
