Officers responded to a shooting call and found
Mr. Moses inside of his apartment. According to witnesses, Moses
was last seen arguing with two male suspects. At some point during
the argument, one of the suspects produced a handgun and shot
Moses.
Investigators learned Moses and the suspects
had several arguments the day of the shooting. Moses and the suspects
were acquaintances and their apartments were in close proximity
to one another. In the last argument, Thomas shot Moses several
times as he ran from the suspects. Thomas and Meredith might be
in Houston or New Orleans driving in a dark gray 1997 Toyota Avalon
with Texas license plates S19XFH.
